Founded in 1995, Northwest Junior Pipe Band is Washington State’s only competitive youth pipe band, providing world-class musical and leadership opportunities for youth ages 8-18. Based in Edmonds, WA, we welcome members from across the Puget Sound region and perform at community events, competitions, and concerts throughout the Pacific Northwest. Wearing the MacKenzie tartan, we take pride in our rich heritage and commitment to excellence, teamwork, and community. This year, we are thrilled to be traveling to Scotland to compete in the 2025 World Pipe Band Championships in Glasgow. As a 501(c)(3) nonprofit, we are supported by dedicated instructors, volunteers, and donors who help sustain our mission of teaching and preserving the Celtic musical arts.
